30-day window
Placeholder copy. You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, in resalable condition with original packaging.
Starting a return
Placeholder copy. Email support@donosmart.com with your order number and we'll send a return label and instructions.
Refunds
Placeholder copy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving.
Damaged or faulty items
Placeholder copy. If something arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it, no return shipping required.
